The QA Analyst assists the Quality Assurance team with the testing of emails, web applications, and more.  The ideal candidate has 2+ years of work experience using various operating systems on desktops, tablets and phones. What You’ll Do:  Assist the Quality Assurance team with testing emails and web applications across numerous browsers on computers, tablets and phones for assigned client projectsAnalyze Design, Functional, and Tech Specification DocumentationDesign and Write Test CasesExecute Manual Functional and Non-Functional TestingDocument and track bugs in our central tracking systems (Jira and Confluence)Learn new tools and systems on a constant basisManage multiple testing assignments taking direction from team leadership and working collaboratively with other QA AnalystsClearly communicate progress on assignments to assigned supervisor or team members, as appropriate, bringing issues to the team’s attention proactivelyTake the initiative to learn all aspects of Quality Assurance and support the team on all necessary areas of delivery for our clientsWho You Are:  You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent work experience preferredYou have 2+ years of work experience using various operating systems on desktops, tablets and phonesYou have a deep understanding of what web browsers are and what they doYou have experience using various operating systems on desktops, tablets, and phones is desired You have experience conducting Accessibility TestingYou are available immediately and are able to work west coast based hoursYou pay excellent attention to detail, an ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks, clear, and the ability to multi-task across assignments on tight deadlinesYou have an interest in the inner details of web development, programming and software testingYou have effective communication skillsYou are Passionate about technologyYou enjoy tinkering and figuring out "how things work"You process information methodicallyYou have strong listening skills with the ability to take direction wellYou have an analytical mindset that you can apply to solve problemsYou are proactive, eager to learn, and take the initiativeYou are proficient with Microsoft Office toolsYou are a clear and an active communicator (oral, written)You are hardworking with a top-notch work ethicYou are not afraid to try, fail, then try again! Sound like you?
