    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drives social strategy and channel planning for large social programs across all channels, with specific expertise in using social to connect touch points throughout the larger brand ecosystem 
    • Partners closely with creative leads to ensure ideas and concepts are social at the core, innovative and executable from a platform guidelines perspective 
    • Manages asset trafficking and campaign execution with media agency 
    • Creates, guides, and delivers strategic social planning through creative briefs, communication plans, social marketing/experience marketing plans, competitive research, and social consumer insights/trend audits 
    • Collaborates closely with partner agencies to facilitate campaign concepting and execution 
    • Consults on Paid, Owned and Earned (POE) tactics across campaigns 
    • Ensures content and messaging across channels is on-brand, and that the brand voice remains consistent 
    • Architects innovative social experiences and strategies that engages consumers and moves them toward overall brand objectives 
    • Contributes thought leadership to promote best-in-class thinking and client delivery for social programs 
    • Demonstrates excellent project management, problem solving, interpersonal, client, presentation, and communication skills.  
    • Supervises, trains and mentors junior level employees 
    • Supports knowledge sharing between the Social and Content Marketing practice 
    • Supports and contributes to business development opportunities

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of dedicated social media experience focused on top-tier consumer brand marketing at an advertising, public relations/communications, or marketing agency 
    • Experience concepting, delivering and executing social media programs for leading brands including social media and content marketing 
    • Proven ability to create high level social strategies 
    • Deep knowledge of all aspects of the social space: platforms, vendors, measurement 
    • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams  
    • Understands basic research techniques and methodologies, and uses them to support development/execution of client campaigns 
    • Demonstrated knowledge of major and emerging social channels, the specific rules of engagement for brands/advertisers on each as well as general platform policies 
    • A keen eye for detail, proactive disposition and process-driven 
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
