Job Description

This is a 5 Month Contract role.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for email and push notification templates, including test plans, test cases, and user-friendly checklists.
• Ensure all email and push notification components are thoroughly tested across various devices and email clients.
• Review and approve HTML and CSS changes before they deploy to ensure minimal impact on live campaigns.
• Troubleshoot template-related rendering issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues where templates may be a blocker.
• Actively research and adopt the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Analyze QA data to pinpoint areas for process improvement. Implement strategic changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date documentation of all QA processes, test cases, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in email marketing.
• Professional experience working with HTML and CSS, and a general understanding of email development.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QA processes.
• Strong understanding of email best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for errors.
• Experience with email testing tools such as Litmus and Email on Acid.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong understanding of email accessibility guidelines.

Compensation Range: $99,000 to $128,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
