Job Description

The Media Coordinator is an entry level position. This individual supports Media Planners and Media Supervisors by supporting the creation, management and stewardship of paid social media plans and investments. Responsibilities will include budget management, target analysis, campaign delivery, data analysis, etc. They also participate in activation team and vendor/publisher relationship support.

What you'll do:

• Assist Media Planners and Media Supervisors on media plan development and campaign activation
• Learn the basics and utilizes media planning tools (Prisma, DCM, etc.) to assist planners; executes media plans and plan revisions
• Support activation team and vendor/publisher relationships
• Emerging mastery of media math
• Strong attention to detail, quality assurance
• Emerging negotiation skills
• Good internal relationship skills

Client Exposure

• Typically an internally-facing role but can gain exposure to clients depending on team ramp-up

Business Operations

• Completes month-end billing in partnership with the account management team
• Develops foundational knowledge of Prisma platform

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of digital media experience.
• Has a passion for digital media.
• Has a strong desire and capacity to learn.
• Has strong organizational skills.
• Has experience with MS Office Suite.

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $68,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
