Job Description

The Senior Associate, Digital Strategy is responsible for guiding digital marketing projects and ensuring strategic and creative consistency.   RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gain a deep, holistic and evolving understanding of our client’s business objectives, challenges, threats and opportunities – including forward looking awareness of emerging trends
• Conducting primary and secondary research to develop POVs and reports in response to business-critical issues, themes and trends (i.e. COVID and other market forces)
• Mining insights for an effective communication strategy that informs and aligns to the full funnel (awareness > consideration > acquisition > relationship)
• Developing inspiring briefs for creative communication as part of broader campaign efforts and for digital-specific assets
• Collaborating with creative, account and project management teams to ensure creative is part of a cohesive story in the holistic customer journey
• Partnering with performance strategy team to ensure all creative is focused on acquisition and conversion metrics, and with testing strategy to develop testing recommendations for further creative optimization
• Leading internal brainstorms and client ideation workshops to guide or inform strategic direction for new opportunities

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in agency, consulting or research setting
• Financial Services industry experience is a plus
• Able to develop strong client relationships and trust based on deep immersion in their business
• Problem solver

• Able to simplify and clarify complex concepts
• Excellent analytical skills
