    Job Description

    As a Producer you will scope, define, manage, and lead the implementation of marketing production projects while keeping business requirements in mind and applying best practices. Understanding the different roles within production, scoping and creating LOEs are key in this role. From start to finish, precise communication, delegation and leadership are the necessary requirements for a successful Producer.

    • Overseeing project timelines and budgets.
    • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth execution.
    • Client communication regarding project updates.
    • Leading project meetings and setting agendas.
    • Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Identifying and mitigating project risks.
    • Collaborating with creative, strategy, and media teams.
    • Managing project resources and allocation.
    • Managing relationships with external production and post production partners.
    • Providing regular project status reports.
    • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in production.
    • Proven track record of managing projects successfully.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of industry trends and tools.
    • Knowledge of AICP bidding guidelines and triple bidding.
    • Full command of all aspects of digital production, with a passion for keeping ahead of emerging technologies (XR, experiential, digital media, and social media in particular) to help us prioritize innovation in our work and in our process.
    • Experience in and full working knowledge of all disciplines of agency production (with an emphasis on digital)
    • Impeccable organizational and communication skills.
    • Understanding of producing modular creative.
    • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
    • Possible overtime or weekend work may be required.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
    • Creative problem-solving skills.
    • A portfolio showcasing your best work.
    • Maintain a three-day a week in office presence. Our goal for time in the office is to create environments that maintain flexibility while enabling more in-person connection.

    Additional Information

    Compensation Range: $78,000- $116,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will end 4/12/2024.
