Job Description

• Lead team to support onboarding and training of client internal systems.
• Lead seamless integration of all systems, tools usage, and evolution of operational processes with client systems.
• Client Contact for troubleshooting and task management, quarterly trainings and communications.
• Manage client hypercare escalations ensuring swift troubleshooting of issues and communications back to the client, helping to lead the team’s focus on other priority workstreams.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency across all workstreams, identifying areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across agency team and with clients.
• Provide leadership, oversight, and training to direct reports on Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Proven experience in operations management with a focus on pharmaceutical client accounts in a digital agency or related industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication and change management abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.

Compensation Range: $159,500 - $269,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
