    Job Description

    The Junior Strategist provides entry-level support to Razorfish’s Strategy & Performance team. 

    You will provide research that informs the strategic planning process and day-to-day strategy development across Brand & Experience Strategy, Customer Engagement Marketing (CRM), Commerce & Growth Strategy, Product Strategy and Business Strategy. You will work in partnership with Senior Strategists to support the full lifecycle from conception and proposal through creative briefing, production and insights reporting. 

    You will be responsible for analyzing digital campaigns and initiatives to identify tactics for optimizing marketing strategy, marketing efficiency and marketing effectiveness. You will also participate in all aspects of measurement assessment, planning, implementation, and analysis.    YOUR IMPACT:

    • DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY: Support the development of digital marketing campaigns including insights definition, program strategy, creative briefing, and performance/insights reporting; Gain a deep, holistic and evolving understanding of our client’s business objectives, challenges, threats and opportunities – including a forward-looking awareness of emerging trends
    • DIGITAL MARKETING PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Partner with a cross-functional team of Audience, Data, Social and Creative specialists in the collaborative development of individual programs and campaigns
    • RESEARCH & INSIGHTS: Conduct primary and secondary research to develop POVs; Partner with Data Science & Analytics to elevate observations into actionable recommendations built on insight
    • MEASUREMENT PLANNING: Identify objectives and key success metrics; define measurement approach and requirements; develop roadmap for action
    • CREATIVE BRIEFING: Develop insightful and inspiring creative briefs to provide focus and direction for developing digital assets 
    • CONSUMER BEHAVIOR: Develop a deep understanding of both observable consumer behavior within the 1st party audience database and consumer behavior of unknown

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 0-1 year of experience, as a guide
    • Ability to express complex ideas in conversation, presentation, and prose 
    • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative input from multiple sources to generate insights
    • Collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Write insightful creative briefs and steward the creative process
    • Originate and edit presentations to create excitement 
    • Detail orientated with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely fashion 
    • Excellent communication skills 
    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
