    Job Description

    The SVP, Client Partner is an accountable leader who powers our business, nourishes our people's careers, and ultimately comes from making an impact. SVP, Client Partners acknowledge their accountability in delivering growth or seeking it when faced with adversity. This includes leaning into business development when needed and at any capacity to maintain momentum in our business. They are also viewed as a leader from across different areas of Publicis Groupe.

    • Fully accountable for understanding what is best for the clients and us, able to challenge internal leadership and/or the client when you believe our ability to drive an impact is at stake.
    • Able to help the clients identify opportunities or define problem statements when complexity exists.
    • Able to craft custom solutions to meet the clients stated or suspected needs.
    • Journey and Experience
    • Complete accountability for our client's full experience with Razorfish as a partner and a business
    • Capable of enriching a client's Power of One experience through positive experiences and bringing added value.
    • Accountable for perception of Razorfish among executive management (e.g., value, propositions, etc.)
    • Ability to nurture client relationships and lead our team through any pitch at any scale.
    • Engagement Models
    • Services: Versatility to sell in and lead a full array of our offerings
    • Complexity: No engagement type is too complicated to help shape the vision as well lead through it
    • Scale: Direct accountability for $15-$25M in revenue, larger in the case of Power of One clients
    • Portfolio: Accountable for portfolio growth and providing clients with value added benefits
    • Growth
    • Demonstrated success delivering YoY growth and beating or achieving account level targets.
    • Success leading a Groupe level pitch or large component of the scope.
    • Proven ability to develop a portfolio (e.g., multiple business units/buying centers for a large client and/or lead a multiple client portfolio)
    • Financial Acumen
    • Fully accountable for all financial activities from annual commit planning, on-going forecasts, and guidance, and maintaining a healthy business.
    • Highly skilled in pipeline management and tracking towards adequate levels to support guide while also filling to work towards one high forecast.
    • Drives decisions related to investments, pricing strategies, and negotiations with clients.
    • Examples influencing the client's budgeting process and/or outcomes to our benefit.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 15+ years of experience including in digital and data-driven marketing; agency experience preferred.
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
    • Leadership
    • Leads and partners to create business strategy.
    • Demonstrates anticipating and mitigating more extreme risk and volatility.
    • Ability to lead significant turnaround strategies.
    • Viewed by client as a business partner to executive sponsor empowered to drive solutions "at scale."
    • People/Relationships
    • Develops C-Level Executive relationships and seen as a trusted advisor by your client and team.
    • Develops relationships with all Razorfish North American Leadership Team
    • Sustains legacy client relationships and actively develops relationships outside of our organization.
    • Client relationships result in being called upon for new opportunities or receipt of inbound leads.
    • Communication
    • Capable of framing thoughts and communicating them to larger populations 50-200 people
    • Active listener and refrains from speaking first, rather coaches team on strong communication skills.
    • Mentors others on their communication approaches.

    Compensation Range: $167,000-$299,500 annually This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application window for this job posting will end 03/31/2024.
