    Job Description

    The GVP, Performance Media leads the media performance strategy for a large financial services client here at Razorfish. This person is responsible for the development and communication (both internally and externally) of point-of-views in performance media. This person supports the people management within their account. This person plays a prominent role in the relationships with key senior client stakeholders and can be seen as the Client Lead in certain relationships.

    Skills & Responsibilities

    • Oversee implementation of search, social, and programmatic, working with the team toward cross-channel efficiencies and best practices
    • Lead performance optimization and storytelling across our different lines of business for the account
    • Work with the teams to elevate our performance "wins"
    • Help build platform and channel strategy
    • Play a role in dynamic creative optimization strategy and brand safety efforts
    • Responsible for senior national media and search personnel plus key regional team members. 40+ reports
    • Maintains executive publisher & vendor relationships
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 12-14 of years experience in media, primarily in performance media roles
    • 8+ years of prior media experience, specifically within the digital/performance media space with preference for activation roles
    • 4 years of prior staff management experience is required
    • In-platform social, search, and/or programmatic experience is required
    • Has demonstrated a proven ability to lead, provide strategy/vision and implement/execute
    • Has led major client businesses and/or client strategy for major clients which resulted in client growth and satisfaction

    Compensation Range: $143,000 - 240,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
