    Job Description

    The Role:

    Analysis of CRM and other related data to inform marketing activities at every step of the customer engagement journey. Opportunity to learn additional data sets (web analytics, paid media, 3rd party data integrations), and work closely with strategy, creative, and data teams across marketing channels. This role is a fit for someone with significant CRM experience who is looking to expand their knowledge to additional marketing channels.  

    Responsibilities:

    • This role will be responsible for conducting advanced CRM analysis of our client’s first party database and other data sources (using SQL), in order to inform first party data-based campaigns and overall first party data strategy
      • Conduct a variety of analyses, ranging from open-ended exploratory/summary projects to answering specific research questions in ongoing and ad hoc cadences
      • Reference other data sets to gain additional insights
      • Develop test recommendations and analyze results
      • Clearly and concisely distill complex findings into actionable insights for a variety of stakeholders, from data specialists to c-suite executives
      • Present findings in informal dialogues as well as formal presentations
      • Work cross-functionally with other data specialists to develop insights that support a holistic marketing ecosystem
    • Balance independent and team-oriented tasks
      • Work independently and own projects, develop direct dialogues with data clients
      • Work collaboratively with internal data, account, project management, and creative departments to ensure data informs every stage of the process
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Skills:

    • SQL
    • CRM channels (email, Push Notifications) & CRM database knowledge
    • Data presentation in Excel & Powerpoint formats

    Preferred Skills:

    • Data Visualization such as advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI
    • Website Analytics 
    • Paid Media Analytics
    • Audience Insights
    • Marketing Ecosystem

    Who are you?

    • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a business-related field
    • Bachelor’s degree in any related field that includes significant quantitative study or equivalent experience
    • Strong critical thinking skills, and are proactive about questioning the norm and pushing for improvements
    • Comfortable learning new things and evolving your work and approach to meet current needs
