Job Description
Razorfish is looking for a Talent Operations Associate to join our Talent team!
Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will provide front-line HR support for employees and managers as well as provide generalized administrative and operational support to the Talent team and Talent Partners.
Some of things that you can expect to do in this role include maintaining employee data in the HRIS, managing the onboarding and exit process, responding to or escalating HR-related employee inquiries, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and identifying areas of improvement to streamline HR processes.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite collaboration 3 days/week in office. All candidates must be local to Atlanta metro area and willing to commute to the Atlanta office on a regular basis.

Compensation Range: $46,500 to $58,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
