Job Description

This is a hybrid role out of our NYC office 3x week.

The Paid Social Analyst works closely with integrated client teams and is responsible for day-to-day campaign management, quarterly planning and collaborating with the broader team to deliver strong business results.

Core Craft Skills

• Actively engages in understanding of the paid social landscape and best practices through participation in internal training programs.
• Demonstrates the ability to independently execute campaign components via key management tools (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok etc.)
• Is responsible for day-to-day trafficking, test execution, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Identifies areas of risk and opportunity through on-going analysis on large data sets.
• Manages budgets towards performance goals
• Has demonstrated emerging relationship skills (clients, internal team and partners).
• Participates in cross-functional initiatives to better understand Razorfish service offerings.

Client Exposure

• Presents performance results to clients in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
• Proactively proposes solutions to improve ROI.

Team Leadership

• Aids in the on-boarding of new team members and the mentoring of Social Coordinators.

Qualifications

• Has demonstrated the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Has effectively and independently presented campaign performance results (or a test plan) to internal and external clients.
• Has developed critical thinking, quantitative analysis and writing skills.
• Has shown proficiency with MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Has exhibited strong organizational skills.
• Has exhibited excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

• 1-3 years in paid social required.
• Hands-on-keyboard experience in all major paid social platforms including: campaign creation, audience segmentation/targeting, budget management and optimization is required.
• Conversant with all paid social terminology and key tools (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok).

Compensation Range: $46,500 - 68,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
