Robin Healthcare is a tech-healthcare startup with a mission to transform our healthcare system from its very core: the doctor-patient encounter. We marry medical scribing with the Robin Assistant™, our proprietary smart device, to help streamline documentation, coding, and other administrative tasks in the background of natural patient care.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

The Manager, Product Management is a player/coach on the Product team, supporting product managers as a people manager and owning a set of features as an individual contributor.

As a manager, this person will manage 1-3 product managers on a single product line. They will act as a mentor and a partner for their team by setting goals, roles, and constraints for that product line. This person will also work collaboratively with other managers to identify cross-department challenges and opportunities for process change, develop new practices to address them, and shepherd their team through their adoption and evolution.

As an individual contributor, this person will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Creative, and BA to be a subject-matter expert in their users' needs and to develop compelling, cost-effective product to satisfyingly fulfill those needs. This person will partner closely with an Engineering Team Lead, facilitate product roadmapping, own requirements definition and acceptance testing, and be ultimately accountable to the business outcomes of their product line.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

• 3+ years experience in product management
• 2+ years managing healthcare software products
• 1+ year managing a team of direct reports
• Demonstrated track record of supporting individual growth through service leadership
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
• Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross functional teams
• Highly details and results oriented
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills
• Customer and user centric
• Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving
