This field-based role focuses on compounding and inpatient pharmacies within hospital systems, helping them maintain compliance with USP and other quality standards through trusted products and educational support.

This position is ideal for a sales professional who combines a hunter’s drive with consultative expertise, thrives in autonomy, and is ready for a pathway into leadership.

What You’ll Achieve in Your First Year

    • Increase regional market share through new account acquisition and strategic expansion of existing customers.
    • Develop and execute a territory plan focused on pharmacy cleanroom and compounding environments.
    • Lead transition efforts from the prior territory representative to ensure seamless customer handoffs and relationship continuity.
    • Deliver complimentary clinical training to healthcare clients to build technical credibility and customer loyalty.
    • Strengthen channel performance by coordinating with regional specialty dealers and their local representatives.
    • Build visibility and influence by attending three to five regional trade shows or industry events each year.

    How You’ll Do It

    • Partner with a defined specialty dealer network to drive sales through joint visits, training, and collaboration.
    • Build relationships with pharmacy directors, infection prevention leaders, and compounding technicians to identify opportunities and close business.
    • Balance short-cycle wins with longer standardization projects across multi-hospital systems.
    • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through forecasting using CRM tools and disciplined follow-up.
    • Travel strategically between major hubs such as Seattle, Portland, and Boise, with periodic visits to Montana, Alaska, and Hawaii.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Five or more years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
    • Demonstrated success in territory or account management with consistent quota achievement.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical product value into operational outcomes.
    • Proven ability to lead clinical conversations and deliver educational presentations confidently.
    • High attention to detail, excellent organization, and a strong sense of urgency.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and comfort working independently in large, multi-state territories.

    Behavioral Strengths

    • Competitive and Self-Motivated: Pursues goals with energy and resilience.
    • Clinically Curious: Learns technical material quickly and applies it in the field.
    • Collaborative: Works effectively across teams and with external partners.
    • Responsive: Follows up promptly and communicates clearly.
    • Coachable Leader: Open to feedback and comfortable guiding dealer partners toward shared goals.

    Leadership and Culture Fit

You will report to a leader who values a coaching approach. The environment emphasizes autonomy, accountability, and teamwork. The company supports long-term growth and internal advancement, offering opportunities to take on more leadership responsibility over time.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Base salary and variable compensation
    • Company car program eligibility
    • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off

    Why This Opportunity

You will represent a respected industry leader known for reliability, integrity, and partnership.
