    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • You will handle Company Card requests for Steelcase employees
    • Monitor and take the needed actions related to any employee account change that might occur (position change, transfer, resignation, etc.)
    • Main contact for the Bank for all employees’ company card issues
    • You will handle and investigate any Travel and Expense requests submitted by Steelcase employees, using ServiceNow ticketing system
    • Communicate with Steelcase employees from EMEA perimeter via ServiceNow workflow
    • Weekly checks the payments made to the employees and makes sure these are matching the expenses registered in Concur
    • Create all needed T&E reports
    • You will provide training for new employees in regards with the CONCUR usage for their expense reports or any assistance for the local Accounting Manager, related to any tax requirements or any other support that might be needed
    • Monthly reconciliation of the employees’ accounts with the Concur expense report and sending this documentation as audit back-up whenever necessary
    • Archive the T&E documents and the bank account requests and preparing for shipment all this documentation whenever necessary
    • Follow a procedure as per the accounting rules and Steelcase process
    • Responsiveness towards the requests coming from the market; ability to analyze and resolve customers or internal employees’ problems or requests
    • Provide excellent customer service to all clients or collaborators in all interactions had with them
    • You will assist AP team on the continuous process improvement
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Finance Manager
    • Fulfil AP dashboards (if requested) and provide all explanations needed
    • Ensure training for new joiners as per the training plan made by AP Finance Manager or Team Leader
    • Regularly review and update all the SOPs related to the Travel & Expenses processes
    • Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulations
    • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
    • You will work according to Steelcase core values and mission
    • Back-up provided for the colleagues not present at work or whenever needed as per the Back-up internal file, or respecting the prioritization made by the Finance Manager or the Team Leader
    • Task prioritization made and discussed with the Team Leader or Finance Manager; follow the prioritization made by the Team Leader or Finance Manager, whenever required

     

    WHO YOU ARE:

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Economics/ Finance/ Banking
    • Minimum 1 year of experience or internship to other finance services processes or customer service
    • Experience in working with ticketing systems or helpdesk area, would be an advantage

     

    SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    • You are fluent in English and German or French
    • Solid knowledge of Outlook 365 package and SAP would be an advantage
    • Proficiency in communication
    • Ability in building strategic work relations
    • Negotiation, adaptability
    • Customer focused, good decision-making skills
