Position Summary: ? The participants in our Summer Internship program will gain immersive departmental experience. The opportunity is intended for rising seniors who are interested in beginning their careers in the world of luxury fashion. With an emphasis on learning, these positions will offer the opportunity to work as an integral part of our business. Throughout the 10- week process, the program will enable students to recognize the valuable efforts that are made in each department, contributing to the overall success of the brand in our NY and LA corporate offices. Responsibilities Order Maintenance Entry? *If Sales is granted access to enter Changes to existing orders in the system (adds, drops, size scale updates etc..) Double checking orders Working in Joor bi-weekly to pull re-orders/orders and follow up with Customer Service to process Run ATS bi-weekly for Specialty and Major AEs to drive in season business with reorders Shipping Run weekly reports to check shipping status Identify styles that need to be extended Follow up with CS on orders not shipped Organization and maintenance of Showroom at all times (including market prep detailed below) ? Market Prep Hindsighting Preparing the collection for market steaming, tagging, swatches as needed Maintaining cleanliness of showroom and model cloest Daily maintenance laying sweaters, steaming and lint rolling Create linesheets Joor Maintenance Trade show and Trunk show prep and support Help pack and prepare for shows Sales support (signing in accounts, maintaining order etc..) Sample maintenance Maintain organization of closets Pull samples as needed for shoots, events, apts etc.. Qualifications Major in a related field Must be enrolled in a Bachelors program at an accredited college or university Rising Senior Required Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar management Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem solving skills Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial A multi-tasker who proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team with a can-do and follow- through attitude Work well in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills ?
