Project Accountant -Description Ware Malcomb is hiring a Project Accountant in our Irvine corporate office. The Project Accountant is a key member of the Ware Malcomb accounting team and is responsible for assisting our regional offices with specialized, efficient accounting support. With the support of the Accounting Assistant team, the Project Accountant will analyze a regional offices projects from beginning to end and will work closely with the project teams and clients to process accurate contracts, budget reports, and billing. Skills/Qualifications: -3-5 years minimum experience working in Project Accounting within construction, architecture or other related industry -A fluent Spanish speaker would be heavily preferred, as your role will be to assist the Mexico and Panama offices. -Experience with full cycle Project Accounting, including contracts, billing, and accounts receivable -Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Deltek Vision software a plus -Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance or a related discipline preferred -Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines -Excellent communication and customer service skills, written and verbal, are essential -Well-organized and thorough are essential traits of the individual Ware Malcomb is an award winning international design firm offering integrated services to clients throughout the world.
