Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Inside Sales Representative. Responsibilities As an Inside Sales Representative, you will: * Work together with Outside Sales associates to ensure our customers needs are being met * Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and answer sales calls for general inquires * Take customer sales orders and provide timely quotations and accurate order processing * Support the Outside Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service * Qualifications A successful associate will be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere, in addition to having the following: * A prerequisite of a degree in design is a must. * 1+ years of inside sales experience (industry experience is preferred) * Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills * Ability to effectively multi-task and handle deadlines * A positive attitude, enthusiasm and ambition to success * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * General computer skills including Microsoft Office
