    Job Description

    Provides administrative support for multiple SVP’s within the Project NEXT team. Help to effectively manage and organize ever-changing priorities, bringing strong partnership, superior collaboration, and utmost discretion across multiple time zones. Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of stakeholders in a fast-moving business environment. A professional and positive demeanor is essential. Partner with the other Administrative Assistants to effectively manage, organize, and prioritize a broad range of business activities.

    Qualifications

    • Requires minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a senior executive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment requiring little or no direct supervision.
    • Bachelor's Degree; BS or BA
    • The ideal candidate will be self-directed and will not need day-to-day instructions on how to manage the calendar and tasks.
    • Superior organizational skills, including calendar management. Must have the ability to anticipate when blocking time is needed to prepare for meetings or presentations.
    • Must possess the ability to anticipate emerging needs and use judgment to decide what tasks and meetings are high priorities to effectively manage the calendar. To effectively do this, must quickly learn company processes and the roles of key stakeholders.
    • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Word) and knowledge of SAP a plus. Must possess the ability to proofread and correct presentations. Strong PowerPoint Presentation Skills are a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must quickly learn key internal and external stakeholders and understand how to effectively work with senior management and their assistants/teams.
    • Mature, professional demeanor, particularly for interacting with senior management in-person and virtually.

    U.S. Corporate/Office Exempt Roles

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $56,875 to $89,635. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
