    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    The Assistant Manager NA – Growth Marketing for Paid Search will be responsible for setting up, executing and optimizing search campaigns for select brands within the North America region and shall play an important role as part of an online acceleration project to drive the growth for the brand.com business.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Campaign execution:

    • Set up & manage paid search campaigns across Google, Bing platforms for select brands

    • Lead keyword research and ad copy optimization

    • Manage and maintain paid search budgets or spend summaries

    • Track and analyze performance data to hit business goals

    • Optimize and manage campaigns to achievement goals/KPIs, adhere to budgets

    Campaign planning:

    • Conduct forecasting for annual and monthly budgets

    • Ensure deployment of best practices and innovation towards acquisition and retention goals

    • Proactively seek out new opportunities and build recommendations to grow search program via new ad groups, ad copy testing, landing page optimizations, and keyword expansion

    • Liaise with other channels – Display, Social to cross pollinate learnings and plan search execution

    Reporting and optimization:

    • Present the results to internal stake holders – Brand teams, proactively work with cross[1]functional teams to build and deliver reporting solutions

    • Work closely with product, data science and analytics teams to discover, test data driven ways to optimize performance

    • Liaise with brand teams to build in-depth knowledge of business objectives and product mix to identify growth opportunities on search

    • Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing(SEM) and the competitive Landscape

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3-4+ years’ experience in a hands on keyboard role with Google search end to end execution

    • Expertise in Google AdWords, SA360 or 3rd party tools to manage search campaigns

    • Experience with Bing & other marketing/retailer media platforms experience a plus

    • Analytical to derive insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data

    • Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required

    Desired Characteristics

    • Performance marketing in a DTC capacity with multiple brands in portfolio highly desirable

    • Strong quantitative skills, analytical mindset and problem solving skills

    • Ability to communicate, collaborate effectively at various levels of the organization

    • Results-oriented strategic thinker who demonstrates a bias for action with a can-do approach

    • Team player with the ability to excel in an agile, collaborative, ambiguous environment

    • Demonstrated success in project and stakeholder management, managing engagements with external agencies
