Role Purpose

Execute and manage visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand presence and customer experience, with an emphasis on cost reduction and budget maximization.

Scope of Role :

Member of the Global Creative Team (strategic), and responsible for NA VM execution (tactics) and partnership with EMEA, LatAm and APAC regions.. Collaborate closely with Product Development, Commercial, Digital Marketing, finance, the RDDC, retail partners and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement innovative visual merchandising concepts in retail and online environments.

· Coordinate with internal creative, marketing and commercial teams, retail partners and external vendors for optimal execution.

· Oversee North America Opex/Capex budget.

· Manage timelines and logistics for visual merchandising rollouts.

· Oversee the installation and maintenance of visual displays.

· Proactively develop and engage new vendors, agencies, manufacturers, and contractors to expand the department’s resource network and capabilities.

· End-to-end visual merchandising production for beauty products in specialty-multi retail environment

· Opex/Capex budget management.

· Vendor relationship building and cost negotiation.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
