Associate, Global Education - Smashbox & GLAMGLOW

POSITION SUMMARY:
Support the Director in building a digital first global education community across west coast brands, strategically based on understanding the needs of each region/market. Work collaboratively across brands and departments to execute educational content and tools aligned with brand priorities and key messaging angles.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
LEARNING STRATEGY THAT ENGAGES EMPLOYEES, INFLUENCERS, AND CONSUMERS
Support a digital first mindset to drive the development of a learning strategy that meets the needs and behaviors of each target audience and tells a compelling brand story.
Collaborate with Director of Global Education to create unique, point of difference tools, training formats (for both dedicated and generic staff models) and education materials that will engage and elevate trainings in-store and drive selling and training success.
Provide strategic brand and marketing directive for all global education and any future digital/mobile learning modules.
Execute a consolidated learning approach that provides a powerful, inspirational, and simplified system to inform and create traction with our educators, retailers, artists, and consumers.
EDUCATIONAL CONTENT DELIVERY IN LINE WITH BRAND MESSAGE AND WITH A CONVERSION MINDSET
Support the development and execution of educational content and tools based on brand priorities and key messaging angles.
Support the ideation and adoption process for training tools.
Collaborate cross departments (including Creative, Copy, PR, CE, Marketing) to align and strengthen Events messaging.
Maintain a close partnership with NA Commercial Team to drive event strategies for the Region and its execution.
Responsible for all logistics, scheduling, and set-up for internal department meetings and trainings.
Support the Launch and update of New Event Guidelines.
Support the execution of NA events, including collaterals.
Support the planning and execution of Retailers Trade Shows and Awards Events.
Support the roll out of social selling through capabilities upskilling.
Drive the forecast and allocate training tools for international marketing and manage vendor relations for training tools.
Support the development of briefs to “air traffic control” Consumer Engagement collabs and Online teams in answering consumer queries and training internal teams.
Provide guidance to the regions for digital learning needs based on NA assets and templates
Maintain templates to be leveraged by the regions.
Drive the coordination of periodic EDU Touch bases with the Regional teams for strategic alignment, local updates, calendar reviews and prioritization: UK monthly, APAC bi-monthly, EMEA monthly, LATAM every 3 months.
Support the execution of PURE TRAINING: Face to face virtual trainings according to each region’s calendar.
Contribute to the development of Artistry programs.
Support the creation of video for Mecca Filming and IG Live in regions, that are consumer facing and focus on virtual selling.
Update evergreen materials.
Update / manage retailer video and library management monthly.
Execute Field team updates of all educational retailer programs.
Execute tool calendar management.
BUDGET AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Support the tracking of budget investment priorities based upon key departmental objectives.
Support Gratis allocation process, including ordering, collateral ordering for the field team and distribution planning/ forecasting (master grid).
Support the distribution of training product and materials to field team shipment.
Support Lab samples/ Press Comps distribution to regions when needed to create content in advance of launch.
Execute invoice payment process for Education services.
Forecast press and comps for NA and Global.
LEARNING ANALYTICS TO SUPPORT STRATEGY AND MEASURE SUCCESS
Drive KPI adoption and collection of Learning analytics to drive action, optimize content, and enhance strategy.
Track platform engagement and effectiveness through appropriate analytical tools.
Measure ROI on Learning through success metrics including sales, Learning, and engagement, and people KPI’s.
Package data and findings to tell a story around Learning engagement and impact. Compile findings from multiple data streams and present to Learning leadership.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to collect and gather relevant data.
