    Job Summary

    The Associate, Omni Marketing Operations provides support to Retail Marketing and will be the primary resource for disseminating and updating retailer information while coordinating all aspects of retail promotions, sales tools, and collateral. Develop strong cross-functional working relationships with key staff in Marketing, Creative, Sales and Operation Departments to assure that the Retail needs are met in a timely manner.

    Collaborates with: Retail Marketing Team, Corporate Sales Directors (both domestic and international), Marketing, Product Development, Operations and Planning teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and update Retailer Marketing Calendars for Nordstrom, Rack, SDM, and Flip, and Macys.
    • Request and send out comps for all retailers to include photography needs, fixture sets, advertising opportunities, online initiatives, etc.
    • Support Corporate Sales Directors with completion of creative briefs for all retail accounts.
    • Provide Customer Service assortment by retailer order from generation and review / approve order forms.
    • Review retailer.com quarterly to ensure correct product information (images, pricing) is included and seasonal updates pages have been refreshed.
    • Create & maintain retailer.com asset calendar to establish timelines for updates.
    • Provide overview on Nordstrom, SDM, Flip, and Macy’s marketing exposure SKU results for Mags/Tabs advertisement.
    • Complete new item set up forms for all retail accounts.
    • Market Week Preparation (Power Point creation, process gratis, secure comps).
    • Process Vendor Agreements.
    • Presentations - Create and update presentations for key meetings: national sales meeting, regional sales meeting, sampling.
    • Create and execute strategies for MMN, and paid search/sponsored products for Nordstrom and Rack accounts. Track KPIs and provide feedback to Account Director to pivot strategy/spend.
    • Create and execute marketing strategy for Flip account, including but not limited to: creating a content calendar, organizing live shows and static videos, tracking KPIs, providing feedback to Director for updated business needs and support. Provide POV on assortment, execute all promotions.
    • Partnering with social team to for exposures on all accounts’ promotions. Including but not limited to: providing brief for IG and FB support, filling out social request calendar, and following up to execution. Also, to provide KPI’s to cross-functional partners, Account Director, and when appropriate external partners.
    • Partnering with NA Marketing & Global teams to execute all new launches, fill in GTM decks, and provide account specific POV relevant to launch.

    Qualifications

    • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Experience working with retailers, preferably in the beauty industry a plus.
    • Able to work well in a team setting and with various levels within the organization.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize the needs of the business & manage multiple, time sensitive projects.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Strong computer skills – Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
    • Positive, professional, and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude.

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,500 to $98,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
