Associate, Retention Marketing, West Coast Online (Too Faced & Smashbox)
Job Description:
The Associate of Retention Marketing will be a key contributor in planning, executing, and analyzing communication strategies to drive sales on .com, build brand loyalty, and increase customer retention. The Associate will work closely with the rest of the Online team to create content to support all promotional programming, as well as drive engagement with non-promotional programs via email marketing & Loyalty programming. The Associate will also partner closely with North America Marketing, Consumer Engagement and Creative.
The ideal candidate will have a background in ecommerce and prior experience managing day-to-day execution of email marketing programs and/or loyalty programs. The individual will be detail-oriented, dependable, keen ability to multi-task and a collaborative team player who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Candidate must be strong with organization and project management as well as data analytics.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 to $90,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
