PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
- Deliver insightful business analysis across all angles that leads to insightful actions that move ahead brand, driving growth
- Ownership of marketing calendar execution with flexibility to adjust and extrovert mindset – innovation driven approach and excellence on operational effectiveness
- Liaise with affiliates in RO/MD, BG, CY as to support level-up of thinking and execution streamline of marketing calendar
- Exhibit seniority on talent development, interpersonal relationships and conflict management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- INSIGHTFUL BUSINESS ANALYSIS
- Ongoing tracking of business key target metrics and feedback to MD (weekly & monthly & quarterly & yearly)
- Coordination of competition report delivery
- Pricing analyses and Price increase preparation
- Evaluation tracker delivery immediately upon activity completion – 1-week period
- ROI and Sell Thru of launches delivery as per ELC Group standards
- Ongoing liaise with Sales team as to enhance thinking of business analysis with field input
- OWNERSHIP OF MARKETING CALENDAR EXECUTION FOR BALKANS
- Overview of marketing calendar in an integrated approach
- Leads Loyalty program with development of 360 customized plan to achieve set targets – key cornerstone project
- Embed an omni- channel approach to annualized calendar
- Looking forward approach – preparation of next Quarter activities with a time lag of 1-month prior launch
- Support development of 360 decks and ongoing evaluation and update
- Coordinates and follow-ups on marketing and field execution
- Proposes disruption mechanisms/tactics that move ahead brand
- Execution of activities on time and on budget
- Supports monitor P&L (ongoing & yearly)
- Assists of fiscal year budgets
- Supervises direct report on execution of all related routines behind forecasts, pricing and execution of calendar
- Liaises with ELC Group team to import and export best practices that level up business
- Liaise with affiliates in RO, BG, CY, MD as to support level-up of thinking and execution streamline of marketing
calendar
- Experiments with new concepts and approaches. Comes up with creative solutions to difficult problems

- Develops direct report under a succession plan approach (involve direct report on key MM responsibilities as to broaden horizon)

QUALIFICATIONS
- 7-12 years of relevant marketing related experience,
- Team-lead experience
- Excellent Communication skills both in Greek and English Language (oral & written)
- Proficient MS Office User (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
