  • Responsibilities

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support Manager of Influencer Strategy and PR by managing day-to-day requests, documents, and processes as well as assist in the development, planning and execution of North America influencer and PR programs.

    • Assist with PR activations and multi-tiered paid and earned influencer strategies to deliver positive ROI & achieve brand KPIs

    • Execute impactful communication plans including calendars, traditional media/influencer activations; working closely with Marketing to ensure priority launches and key messaging.

    • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to Influencer Marketing, PR, and social media.

    • Manage and execute PR mailing programs, fulfilling product requests, inventory ordering, organization of PR closet and maintaining PR supplies.

    INFLUENCER

    • Grow network of strong brand advocates through ongoing communication and touchpoints of new product launches & continuous product seeding.

    • Assist in executing all influencer partnerships that ensure on-brand messaging and creative aesthetic with development of briefs, content review, product mailings, and gifting.

    • Work closely with marketing, ecommerce, & retailer teams to leverage influencer content across owned social media, brand website, and retailer channels- ensuring an integrated approach to brand communication and content across owned, paid, and earned channels.

    • Coordinate vendor relationships to create mailing materials for both product launches and ongoing brand campaigns as needed.

    PR

    • Collaborate with PR agency to gather applicable information to secure top-tier media opportunities including podcast, print, online, social media coverage, and interview requests.

    • Develop and organize press materials including NA specific press releases, media alerts, pitches, artistry tips and other relevant needs.

    REPORTING

    • Monitor and track press and influencer coverage on all editorial and social platforms and compile necessary reports to be shared with internal teams and senior management on weekly and monthly basis.

    • Maintain organized and detailed reports that track all key brand KPIs (Impressions, EMV, etc.) and update on a weekly basis.

    • Support tracking all paid influencer partnership activity with understanding of best performers based on KPIs, ROI to make recommendations for future activity and partnerships.

    • Regular competitive research of influencer activations, traditional media outreach, coverage and press kit mailings.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Has a foundational understanding of public relations, communications, social media and influencer marketing

    • Has a foundational understanding of the difference between paid, earned and owned media

    • An 'early adopter' of digital trends, and has a passion for digital projects with a keen eye for design and user experience

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 

    • Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships with a range of leadership

    • Builds collaborative relationships internally and externally to deliver on objectives

    • Proactively seeks learning and development opportunities

    • Consistent quality, attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset 

    • Experiments with new concepts and approaches. Comes up with creative solutions to difficult problems

    • Minimum Years of Experience:1+ years

    • % Travel Time: up to 5%

    • Minimum Education level: Bachelor’s Degree

    The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $26-$39. The exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
