Coordinator, Omni Sales Account Management - Too Faced
The Coordinator, Omni Sales Account Management will support the North America account management team to drive the brand’s commercial strategy and performance through ongoing business analysis as well as key projects and initiatives. In partnership with the North America account management team, the Coordinator will create and maintain all relevant reports with an extremely high level of accuracy in data management. Will support brand initiatives by conducting complex analyses and providing actionable recommendations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the North America Account Team on all retail sales analysis, including the following:
Track and monitor results of strategic North America KPIs.
Maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual audited sales reporting by retailer and by channel.
Provide leadership with meaningful data that enables the evaluation of the performance of retail channels.
Collaborate on weekly and monthly executive recaps that effectively summarize topline sales.
Utilize ELC systems to pull mix-of-business reports for leadership and identify and share insights.
Compile monthly retail estimates from Account Directors for review of senior leadership.
Create and manage a North America promotional/marketing calendar across key accounts.
Report retail sales performance and future estimates to ELC partners monthly.
Track performance of key focus doors and top door strategy results.
Create internal and external presentation decks, business summaries and reports as needed.
Support leadership during budget and LRP planning, interfacing with key internal stakeholders to reconcile top-down and bottoms-up strategic plans.
Compile excess inventory usage requests monthly from account teams and coordinate with supply chain team to identify availability and secure demand.
Maintain accurate forward-looking projected door counts by retailer and provide to ELC as requested.
Execute additional reports and projects on an ad-hoc basis as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
NECESSARY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of related work experience – preferably in retail/channel business development, account management or planning, consulting.
Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, including deep knowledge of Excel.
Very strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into meaningful conclusions.
Ability to structure documents (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, business summaries) to effectively communicate with senior management.
Strong written, oral, and presentation-based communication skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s own workstreams.
Demonstrated ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project-based environment with a closely intertwined team.
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
Well-developed interpersonal and influence skills.
Four-year college degree or equivalent.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26.00 to $39.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
