    The Creative Content Hub Lead, ANZ is responsible for leading and inspiring our Brand Engagement Team and manages the relationship with our Creative partner TAG Creative onsite team to ensure communication, collaboration and to ensure that all creative deliverables are met for ELC across ANZ.   This role drives creativity, innovation, process improvements and best practice in all elements of creative across the company.

    This role is critical to ensuring brand equity is upheld and assumes the role of “brains trust” for our Brands.

    This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity.

    Key responsibilities but are not limited to:

    LEADING YOURSELF:

    • In the area of Corporate Stores where you are directly responsible for the execution in this brand group you will drive innovation and test concepts to learn from and share to the wider team best practice and innovation

    • Someone who can think outside of the deliverables and look for areas to go beyond what we currently do, including how we think with an omni approach to bring social media to life in store and at events

    • Have a consumer centric mindset and bring ideas about experiences and connecting with our consumer to our brands.

     

    LEADING THE TEAM:

    • Lead and inspire our brand engagement team with respect to their development and execution of all creative elements relating to our Brand Groups, including how they work with their Regional & Global colleagues 

    • Empower and support the ELC team to provide conceptual, creative and critical thinking to design and execution of key, promotions to the highest level of excellence. Be involved in discussions regarding launches to understand brand requirements to support creative execution.

    • Conduct regular WIP meetings and strategy meetings across the CCH including TAG to ascertain current and upcoming workload, resourcing and strategic priorities as it relates to all channels, marketing plans, key launches and activations.

    • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with business partners including all key internal stakeholders, suppliers, and retail partners, ensuring open communication, reflection and service is at the expectation set out by ELC.

    • Work with CCH and Brands to identify opportunities regarding visually amplifying point of difference across bricks and mortar doors for, key launches, key product categories and customer service elements.  Paying extra attention to our hero product categories and thinking with an omni lens on the best approach.

    • Inspire and drive creative excellence in team members to achieve results and exceed expectations. 

    • Ensure that the team’s priorities are aligned with the vision and strategic priorities of the Affiliate and Brands.

    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders where BEM may need help gaining buy in or negotiation support.

    • Establish high workplace operating standards and values and appraise team performance to ensure department objectives are achieved and maintained. 

    • Conduct Performance Development Plan reviews with Brand Engagement Partners.  Agree clear, measurable goals and review progress in PDP cycle. 

    • Engage the team to understand the vision, strategy and goals through coaching, active listening, and feedback.

    • Conduct regular team update meetings to review plans, share information and ideas across disciplines and encourage communication and teamwork.

     

     

    LEADING THE ORGANISATION:

    • Provide creative leadership, coaching and professional development to direct reports and the wider CCH team and provide clear direction and constructive feedback.

    • Inspire and drive creative excellence across ELC to achieve results and exceed expectations.  Ensure omni mindset with execution of ideas and bringing to life concepts.

    • Maintain appropriate communication with different functional areas of the affiliate locally and with the regional and global teams when required.   Include connecting with CCH lead in HK and UK to bring learnings to the affiliate.

    • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with business partners including all key internal stakeholders, suppliers, and retail partners, ensuring open communication, reflection and service is at the expectation set out by ELC.

    • Responsible for the VM as it pertains to the Head Office Corporate Store and The Company Stores group, using this space to test concepts and innovations.

    • Build collaborative relationships with Brands ensuring open communication, reflection and service is at the expectation set out by ELC.

    • Ensure brand strategies and appropriate information is shared with the CCH Team to ensure consistency

    • Liaise with TAG on job allocations, processes, policies, expectations and workflow flag any resourcing concerns, drive efficiencies with approach and innovation and best practice across ELC through TAG support.

    • Maintain a high workplace operating standard, values and expectations and build on the vision, strategy and goals for the CCH.

    • Support Brand in driving discipline, education and awareness on briefing and efficiencies in order to deliver value

    • Connect with online and CRM team to improve and continue to support their needs with TAG creative.

    • Visit stores to ensure output meets high standards, support team with how to set up and create visual content, stay competitive in the market reviewing what others are doing and share learnings.

    • Ensure ELC budgets and procurement cost savings are part of regular cadence for KPIs and review in relation to the PL lines of professional service fees, design costs, rate cards and production savings.

    • Keep Enterprise Marketing Director informed of key challenges, priorities and business developments and projects.

    PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

    • Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy with previous experience working to brand guidelines 

    • Ability to prioritize and handle several major tasks simultaneously

    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and self-manage deadlines

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree; tertiary or equivalent 5+ years of work experience in the relevant field

    • Experience in strategic planning and execution 

    • Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources

    • Ability to develop and deliver presentations

    • A strong understanding of the general digital advertising space (web, social, digital media) and how to translate digital inspired messages in to traffic driving POS in store

    • The ability to curate imagery which effectively depicts brand identity, tone and voice, as required

    • The ability to communicate your creative opinion and ideas to the team

    • Be able to work autonomously and collaboratively within the organisation

    • Working knowledge of a computerised system including: 

      • Microsoft TEAMS & Office 2010 application (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint, etc); 

      • Flash & Dreamweaver; 

      • SAP; WRIKE; Adobe Suite
