  • Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    Responsible for coordinating across regions, brands and functions, the Director position is the Financial business partner to the SVP Global Packaging and Engineering and SVP Global Quality Assurance. This individual will be responsible to develop, evaluate and monitor capital investment programs and guiding the Supply Chain costs related to Quality and Engineering as well as network investments across Global Manufacturing. The position requires a broad business perspective and must work effectively within a team environment to provide actionable information and insights.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities:

    Performance Monitoring

    • Responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial results and explanation of variances to target to Supply Chain Leadership
    • Define and develop KPI's and dashboards to measure and report results to support strategic decisions and support tactical operation
    • decisions
    • Prepare and develop business cases and evaluate and monitor global investment programs
    • Value payback analysis on investments
    • Ad hoc analysis projects to evaluate existing operations to make recommendations to Continuous Improvement (CI) teams

    Budgets & Planning/Outlook

    • Responsible for headcount reporting and forecasting for entities
    • Providing strategic financial support to Quality and Engineering Functions related to Manufacturing continuous improvement
    • Partner with Supply Chain (Quality and Engineering) on development of strategy to drive value creation
    • Prepare and communicate the LRP and annual savings targets
    • Monthly estimate for entities and explanations of variances from plan and additional spending drivers

    Financial Controls/Regulatory

    • Manage the support of plant operations and provide sound internal financial controls environment.
    • Executes control procedures to ensure the integrity of plant financial records and safeguarding of plant assets including regular testing
    • and reviews.
    • Ensures accuracy of statutory set of books and compliance with all statutory regulations for entity

    Talent Management

    • Actively foster and create a culture of inclusion and diversity in every level in the organization
    • Develop clear career development plans to attract, retain and develop our talent

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Advanced degree/CMA/CPA Preferred
    • Expertise in Continuous Improvement (Lean, 6, Kaizen)
    • 5-8 years related experience
    • Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
    • Excellent business partnering, influencing, and presentation skills
    • Experienced with collaboration across stakeholders
    • Knowledge of supply chain
    • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment and comfortable with ambiguity

    U.S Corporate/Office Exempt Roles (Equity Eligible)

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $202,100. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
