ED, International HRBP and Strategic Initiatives & Operations
This role will have a dual focus as having strategic oversite across International and other enterprise transformation initiatives. They will serve as the primary HRBP for the International groups in enabling the teams to tackle organizational challenges, building strong talent planning, and providing strategic counseling and consultative partnership to leaders. This role will be accountable, and in partnership with other business and HR leaders, the development and execution of people strategies and alignment with the ELC Global HR vision and should infuse business-driven perspective into broader people strategies and Centers of Excellence. Additionally, this role will continue to serve as a strategic advisor and assist in streamlining multiple touchpoints for the SVP, Global Human Resources, Transformation Enablement & Regions across International groups to maximize his/her effectiveness, and to optimize his/her time to focus on key enterprise-wide projects, programs, and priorities.

Qualifications
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $149,500 to $257,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
