    Job Description

    Marketing and Sales Operation Support:

    •Weekly MCC Touch base : MCC Team Collaboration call discussing Best Practices/Tool discovery, and Strategy Updates

    •Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and seasonal sales reports to the MAC Field as deemed necessary by VP Field Sales.

    •Coordinate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Education, Visual Merchandising teams weekly to compile Field communication for Friday distribution.

    •Prepare reports for all Field visits, work with Field team to customize for each market visit.

    •Prepare and deliver sales analytics based on specialized needs, ie: Competitive sales tracking, Top Doors.

    •Manage Open Job Report, collect all information and send it to talent acquisition (twice a month)

    •Process No-Charge; Gratis (Quarterly Gratis for all of North America, & goal based Gratis), Source-4; Staples and other orders to support the team and maintain Field supplies.

    •Coordinates ordering and delivery of collateral such as Gifts (Anniversary and Holiday programs), Uniform program and Event furniture and materials to support Field needs.

    •Accurately enter Month end Audited sales by account into Data Warehouse system.

    •Manage Field sales planning communication on annual and seasonal basis with Sale Operations team. Make adjustments as needed throughout year.

    •Update Retail Calendar Quarterly (Entails all the information for the next few months)

    •SharePoint Administration and Content Creation.

    Uploading/Maintaining documents onto SharePoint for all teams/departments

    •Optymyze upload, organization, calendar and call to action, add new members to the server, & ensure that the correct region address is in the system

    •Compile & Share Store Visit Feedback. Pull form from optymyze (Filter through the report) and send it out to the teams

    •Performing maintenance/updating marketing Calendar using optymyze

    •Facebook Workplace Administration and Content Creation

    •Point of contact for everyone in Field and NYO. Center hub of communication for all teams/departments

    •Serve as a communication Liaison (between field & NYO)

    •Anticipate/execute strategic priorities through "Calls to Action". Urgently, draft a synthesized message or announcement for the field

    Qualifications

    Anticipated Hourly Salary Range $24.00 - $35.75 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget).     •High School diploma or equivalent experience.
