The Ecommerce Coordinator, Too Faced Online will be responsible for the execution of Ecommerce oriented marketing and content, website refreshes/enhancements, strategic merchandizing, QA efforts as well as inventory management, asset trafficking & product setup and customer service point person.
This candidate will also plan and coordinate timing for refreshes and all site projects that require copy, creative, & engineering resources from inception through launch to ensure both deadlines & business goals have been successfully accomplished. The candidate will accomplish this by working closely with key cross functional teams (Ecomm & Creative) to plan and prioritize project tasks.
This role will work very closely with the following teams: ELC Online production, Global Marketing, Creative/Copy, and Customer Service. This position reports into the Director of Global Ecommerce, Too Faced Online. The Candidate should be highly organized, meticulous, and comfortable with excel, QA & multi-tasking. A passion for online and the beauty industry is a must. Excellent communication skills, deadline oriented & strong attention to detail is also a must.
PRODUCT/DATABASE SUPPORT:
• Responsible for ongoing maintenance and updates to the product database, including addition of new products (gather product details/images/copy) and continually monitoring/changing outdated information (e.g. discontinued products, price, etc.) and actively merchandising for optimal site experience
• Oversee and monitor product inventory daily, including forecasted quantities of saleable and sample products as well as out of stock items and arrival of new product launches – ensuring updates are made in a timely manner and communicating to external & internal teams
• Manage sample inventory/allocation as well as ensure images are available for samples. If images do not exist for samples, work with internal/external to acquire them
• Active merchandizing of the site to ensure a best-in-class customer experience - i.e. removing sold out items, moving down older products, removing seasonal copy that is outdated, etc
• Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new offer codes and new products to ensure accuracy, browser compatibility and highest quality user experience
• Serve as the team’s main point of contact for Online Sales Planning team regarding new launches, samples, and all tracking associated with new inventory for the brand sites
• Serve as the team’s primary point of contact for Customer Service and Operations for all promotions, marketing plans, new products and consumer questions and issues; Work with senior team members to resolve Customer Service issues
• Continually monitor brand site online promotions and proactively notify team of any changes that need to be made
• Participate in Online planning meetings regarding new product launches, emails, promotions, etc. Assess new programs and promotions based on historical analysis. Take and distribute meeting notes
MARKETING/SITE SUPPORT
• Manage set up of promotional offer codes and offer QA for all promotional campaigns. Work closely with Accenture to set up & test thoroughly
• Management of promotional samples: Monitor samples inventory, manage all new sample set up in database, and liaise closely with North America Ecommerce team on promotions to ensure accuracy
• Communication liaison to Customer Service team with regards to customer issues/comments, as well as keeping the Customer Service team apprised of updates in marketing calendar/promotions
• Manage all kitting requests of online sets and set up of SKUs in product database
• Maintain marketing & content calendars and distribute updates to Online, Customer Service teams
• Assist in QA of special ecommerce projects
Qualifications
Skills:
• 0-2 years’ related experience; online experience a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree
• MS Office with proficiency in Excel, .NET experience a plus, Data entry or project management a plus
• Detail-orientated individual with strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong communicator, highly organized, strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a face-paced environment
• Embraces both big picture objectives and keen ability to follows through on details
• Excellent at working toward a deadline, keeping projects on track

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $25.50/hr to $37.75/hr. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
