    Reports to: VP Global Online Production with strong dotted line to Vice President Digital Commerce & Marketing EMEA Description  As the head of the EMEA Online Production Team you have a product mindset with the consumer at the center. You are familiar with product management best practices across the product management lifecycle and would like to transform how an organization delivers superior customer experiences through their product and service offerings. You are very comfortable with influencing key stakeholders to deliver leading edge innovation with the customer and the business impact in mind. You like to create content and coach others with the product mindset. You are comfortable with technology trends and their implications. 

    Key Responsibilities •    In strong partnership with EMEA Online Regional Leadership, Market Online Business Partners and Global Online Partners to define, manage, prioritize, align and deliver on Strategic Online Initiatives based on improved consumer experience, best practice, branding, ROI, OKRs, resources, budget and risk  •    Ensure communication and transparency through regular operational reviews to provide full visibility and alignment on priorities, outcomes and key results. •    Lead, organize and motivate EMEA Production, Product and Engineering Teams to deliver on strategic project roadmaps based on highest performance standards •    Evolve team structure organization and processes to increase empowerment at the Regional Level to ensure business objectives are met through Regional Dedicated Platform and Capabilities Product Teams leveraging and developing on the ELC Global Platform for the benefit of the EMEA Region •    Evolve and stand-up Market Dedicated Product Teams focused on creating the best end to end customer experience with a specific focus on market growth. •    Evolve team structure with an Empowered Product Teams approach to meet business objectives and provide clear direction to create a superior customer experience using Lean Product and Software Development as the North Star •    Evolve EMEA DTX organization with a focus on extending Regional Production and Delivery teams into the Empowered Market Dedicated Teams and Regional Product Teams to ensure clarity and alignment on priority, communication, localization and training with an overall objective of efficiency and speed to market •    Work with Global Digital Technology & Experience Teams to ensure global platform, global/regional/market partners and global processes serve EMEA, to grow their online businesses •    Based on competitive insights, trends and emerging technology, drive innovation and growth leveraging technologies and best practice across all regions especially from UK and North America •    Where applicable support alternative models to ensure relevancy of systems and integration with current ecosystems (e.g. Turkey, Middle East, Nordics, etc.) •    Ensure Global process, governance, and compliance is adhered too •    Create and manage EMEA Online Capital and OPEX Site Development budgets •    Oversight of website operations with responsibility to maintain availability of Online systems •    Forge and maintain internal and external partnerships (Fulfilment, CCC, GIS, SAP, Finance) •    Promote digital to executive leadership/wider business and build support for online opportunities •    Develop operational plans, set goals, and direct the team in evolving and advancing the year over year business objectives – setting appropriate metrics and performance indicators that measure progress against goals

    QUALIFICATIONS

    •    Minimum of 10+ years digital management experience. •    Deep experience with business driven technology development •    Empowered Product Team competencies •    Strong experience managing a multi-functional team including portfolio managers, product managers, engineers, user experience, data analysis, and quality assurance. •    Ability to effectively communicate vision and influence across business units and functions.  •    Ability to gauge and leverage team capabilities •    Pro-active problem solving abilities •    Ability to prioritize and mange multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment  •    Knowledge of customized business focused technologies is required.  This includes HTML, CMS, JS, content management systems, database. •    Deep understanding and passion for e-commerce and mobile •    Excellent listener and at ease sitting down with internal and external top level executives
