The Company’s Finance & Strategy Leadership Program (FASLEAP) is a two-year comprehensive rotational program that is designed to provide MBA Associates with experience across multiple finance disciplines through experiential learning and training. MBA summer interns will own a project in one of the following business areas:

• Office of the CFO
• Corporate Strategy
• Corporate Finance
• Investor Relations
• Brand Finance and Strategy
• Regional Finance and Strategy

MBA interns will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects that support the team in reaching established goals directly relating to the success of the business. Candidates can expect:

• Ownership of projects instrumental to the Finance function that are aligned to strategic business priorities
• Networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to senior Finance leaders and other facets of the company
• Mentoring by seasoned Finance executives
• Coordinated training and developmental opportunities to gain deeper understanding of the business

MBA summer intern applicants should have a focus in finance, strategy and/or general management, and be on-track to complete their MBA in 2025. A minimum of 5 years of work experience is preferred. To be eligible, students must be permanently authorized to work in the US.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $48.57. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to this hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
