  • Responsibilities

    The Field Executive Training Manager helps Network Field and Flagship Salon employees cultivate their training skills and knowledge. They provide complete training on brand product, artistry and services in order to prepare the teams to deliver brand education. In addition, the Field Executive Training Manager will evaluate expertise through certification process to oversee training quality for the brand. The Field Executive Training Manager will deliver advanced specialized brand trainings and Seminars, as needed to drive Retail and Service Sales.

    • Create a quarterly training plan that aligns Field and Salon training needs with business goals and budget.
    • Support the creation, roll out and execution of all salon education initiatives lead by the NA education team
    • Teach Field Executives (RBC) (All Markets) and Flagship Salon team skills such as product expertise, artistry, application and service experiences.
    • Train Field Executives (RBC) (All Markets) and Flagship Salon team through meetings and on-the-job training to deliver education content created by the brand for all channels and target students.
    • Develop and execute the NPL plan in Flagship Salons, evaluate and build best practices to be leveraged with Network Salons.
    • Create customized salon education content in the Flagship Salons that can be cascaded to the Network Salon team.
    • Train Field Executive & Trainers on content and delivery of instructor-led Seminars
    • Evaluate instructor-led training effectiveness of Field Executive & Trainer and provide development feedback to their supervisor as part of the Performance Management plan.
    • Train new hires as well as help veteran employees improve upon existing skills in areas of business and brand education.
    • Assess Field’s training effectives to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into field coaching and training. Conducts specialized brand trainings for Salon POS staff, as needed.
    • Stay abreast of new trends and training tools in employee development.

    Qualifications

    Anticipated Base Salary Range $64,000 - $96,000 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget).     • Excellent presentation skills
    • Strong facilitation skills
    • Comprehensive knowledge in the area they are training (product, artistry, service experience)
    • Must be able to demonstrate the skills they teach themselves;
    • Good personal and observational skills to assess Field understanding and progress;
    • Basic computer skills with ability to work in Excel + PPT
    • Administrative skills and basic budget management.
