Our Finance & Strategy Full-Time Analyst Development program is a highly selective 2-year program designed to provide participants opportunities to work on various projects and gain exposure to many parts of ELC. It is meant to be an accelerated career path, with structured learning opportunities during the two years. Participants will be evaluated, based on performance and results, after year 1 for suitability before being progress to year 2.
