Analysts will have the opportunity to work on a variety of analyses / projects directly under the guidance and leadership of tenured members of the Finance & Strategy team.

Our Finance & Strategy Full-Time Analyst Development program is a highly selective 2-year program designed to provide participants opportunities to work on various projects and gain exposure to many parts of ELC.  It is meant to be an accelerated career path, with structured learning opportunities during the two years.  Participants will be evaluated, based on performance and results, after year 1 for suitability before being progress to year 2. 

SELECTED CANDIDATES CAN EXPECT:

• Ownership of projects instrumental to the Global Finance function that are aligned to strategic business priorities
• Networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to other facets of the company
• Mentoring by seasoned Finance executives
• Partnerships with other departments within the Company to gain a greater understanding of various roles in the business

•       Seniors graduating in 2021 or recent 2020 graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in; Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate Excel preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Systems (CPM) and SAP is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and multitask to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent critical thinking skills
