  • Responsibilities

    Description of the brand and the team: Working with:

    • Corporate team, interacting with all the regional brand teams and affiliates
    • Retail EMEA team, managing the retail business (Free Standing Stores and Company Stores) for the Region, in close relationship with the regional brands, the FP&A team and the affiliates.

     

    Key responsibilities / Key tasks:

     

    1. Assistance & Support of CORPORATE FINANCE DEPARTMENT across the various processes:

     

    • Supporting Monthly processes: Estimate, Actual Analysis, Reporting
      • Run, maintain, and analyze standard dashboards
    • Support EMEA Regional Budget Process 
    • Support the development of Dashboads to help monitor key KPIs across all brands for the region
    • Support in any ad-hoc analysis

     

    1. Collaborate with the RETAIL FINANCE BUSINESS MANAGER to monitor the Free-Standing Stores and Company Stores portfolio of EMEA:

     

    • SALES REVIEWS on a weekly and monthly basis (prepare extracts and adhoc analysis)

    • REAL ESTATE: support in the management of the Real Estate Committee (preparation of the deck with PLs and financial information on new openings / renewals / closings stores, follow-up after the committee to update databases, support and control affiliates in the PL templates upload and approvals in the FSS Approval portal)

    • PROFITABILITY REVIEWS on a monthly basis: refresh reports / do extracts, build graphs & prepare comments, support the preparation of the monthly business calls with the affiliates (preparation / minute meetings / follow-up action plan), help on analysis on specific P&Ls items (samples/GWP/demo/other store operations costs)

    • OTHER PROJECTS: help to enhance data accuracy (work with affiliates and master data to correct information on stores), collaborate to schedule training sessions, information meetings with the region (invitation, survey, follow-up…)

     

    The candidate should behave as a business partner of the regional brands teams and of the affiliates he/she will interact with.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Education Level: Currently in the Final Year of a BS, MS with education or working experience in financial planning and analysis.

     

    Minimum Years and Area of Experience:

    • A first experience in a similar position is appreciated
    • Autonomous, self-starter, organized and with strong communication and analytical skills are essential
    • Strongly motivated, who would enjoy working in a small team.
    • Proficient in Excel (mandatory). Reporting tools knowledge appreciated

     

    Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other European language can be considered as an advantage

     

    Licenses or Certifications: Finance/Accounting/Retail
