    POSITION SUMMARY

    Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. located in Bucks County, PA is looking for interns to support the manufacturing operations function. This position is seeking candidates interested in a leadership, management, and personal development experience. Candidates will be responsible for the supervising operations, meeting quality standards, compliance to good manufacturing practices, coordinating and reporting daily and weekly results. In addition, this position will facilitate team meetings, provide employee training and instruction, and as have the opportunity to work on special projects when needed. This position offers flexible work schedules including the potential for weekend work, the chance to lead and manage multiple teams, and the opportunity to develop and improve skills that are necessary for career growth in a global company. This is an excellent opportunity to learn skills that will transcend any career you pursue. You will gain valuable leadership and supervisory experience.  All majors will be considered. 

    Qualifications - External

    • This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in excel, word, and access; organizational and leadership skills; and a willingness to take the initiative in creative problem solving.

    • Some related work or volunteer experience/second Co-op preferred
