Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Gain understanding of the product development process from working with internal cross-function teams (R&D, Product Marketing, Global Supply Chain, etc.) and third part manufacturers
Learn how to visually present product concepts
Learn how to valuate textures and how to communicate product aesthetic
Track and evaluate all new competitive skincare products
Track key trends and participate in brainstorming concepts around new techniques
Create trend report for seasonable skincare trends to incorporate into future formulas/programs
Assist in preparing competitive formula evaluation charts to help showcase white space opportunities for the brand
Assist with preparing samples for evaluations and for creative requests
Selected candidates can expect:

Qualifications:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour- $30.00 per hour. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a one-time stipend payment.
