La Labo Fragrances the  New York – based perfumery is known for its collection of award winning and made-to-order perfumes and home scents available in a limited number of stores/labs around the world. We are well established House of Fine Fragrances, offering scent creations by some of the world’s best perfumers. Each of our perfumes is freshly hand blended to guarantee the best quality available on the market.

La Labo will be opening in Potts Point and we are currently looking for a Full time Boutique Manager. The position of Boutique Manager will be key to the success of our growth.

We are looking for a motivated person, who can share our values and foster the brand culture of craftsmanship and unique in-store experiences.

The individual should be a “people-person” and have a profound sense of empathy, sales and a love for fine fragrances.  

Working at La Labo will involve promoting the brand and its core values, managing a team giving fragrance consultations, compounding the fragrance on the spot, maintaining the counter facilities, stock-taking, tidying and supporting the team in general.

Experience Required:

Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading and developing staff in a fast-paced environment. Strong Sales and leadership capabilities gained from a retail environment.

Working hours/days

Full Time – 38 hours per week

Weekend work

ABOUT YOU:

Whilst experience and qualifications in the luxury beauty industry is desirable it is not mandatory as we are able to provide on the job training to those who have proven leadership & retail experience teamed with an existing level of confidence and a commitment to learn.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Previous experience in Sales/Goal driven environment is desirable

• Experience in leading and supervising people

• Experience gained within a retail store environment is advantageous

• Excellent communication skills, leadership, organizational and time management skills
