    MANAGER, ECOMMERCE, NA SMASHBOX & TOO FACED COSMETICS

    Reports to: Director of Ecommerce & Marketing, Too Faced, Smashbox and GLAMGLOW

    The Manager of Ecommerce will drive key facets of Smashbox brand.com business for the US, focused on strategic programming and content development. Responsibilities include developing and leading the execution of Online NPL (New Product Launch) Go-to-Market, promotional and sampling offers, and collaboration on inventory forecasting. This position requires a combination of analytical, strategic and creative thinking to manage revenue goals while staying ahead of industry and channel trends.

    This role will also serve as the Go-to-Market point person for Too Faced Cosmetics. Leading meetings of ideation with Ecommerce team of the content needed to bring the new product or marketing moment launch Online and what assets are needed. And then streamlining the process of sharing this into calendars, briefs, and wrike (our creative asset request system).

    The candidate must possess a solid understanding of Ecommerce. This position will report to and work closely with the Director, Ecommerce of Too Faced, Smashbox and GLAMGLOW to deliver and achieve overall strategic and business objectives for the brands’ Flagship brandsite.

    This position will collaborate closely with but not limited to North America Sales and Marketing, Global Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Production, Finance, and Customer Service.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Merchandising, Programming, and Forecasting [Smashbox]

    • Lead on-site merchandising to create a branded online experience that harnesses digital technologies to make Smashbox a truly unique and experiential best-in-class shopping destination with execution support owned by Assistant Manager of Ops
    • Own ideation and development of the marketing calendar, including promotional calendar, product launch promotions and email strategies to ensure flawless execution.
    • Maintain the YoY side by side site comparison and ensure calendar is kept up to date and communicated to relevant partners
    • Co-manage forecasting for saleable, non-saleable and sample SKUs to support aggressive sales plans for the business and online promotions and events ) Partner with Director of Marketing/Ecommerce
    • Partner closely with Director and Acquisition Manager on email, paid media, affiliates and site marketing to meet daily sales plans and agreed upon budgets

    Email + Site Marketing [Smashbox & Too Faced]

    •  Establish a firm understanding of Brand priorities by season, NPLs and marketing calendars. Lead and align programming efforts for .com  
      
      •  Brief creative freelancers for Smashbox  
        
      •  Co-lead GTM & Breifing for Too Faced  
        
      •  Ensure we have the best content needed to bring to life online
        
    •  Collaborate with 2 Directors (Site Ops/Features) and (Marketing/Ecomm) regarding email + site marketing as it relates to ideation & creation of assets with a focus on the Brand and Market’s priorities as well as tactics to meet daily sales plans. Manage and distribute a US calendar of site marketing plans.  
      
    •  Work closely and co-manage NA Associate of Retention, who owns email process flow & execution (Creative, Copy, Marketing, etc.)  
      
    •  Lead ongoing loyalty program management, segmentation, and execution [Smashbox only]
      

    Analytics & Reporting [Smashbox]

    • Monitor, track, and report on brand.com business performance, site initiatives, and marketing initiatives; closely partner with Manager of Analytic for support
    • In partnership with Director of Ecomm & Data Analyst, review data, form insights and in real-time make recommendations for how to improve performance from Weekly KPI reports delivered from Corporate Online
      • Manage & share weekly and monthly sales performance recaps of the .com business, sharing insights, key drivers and levers to optimize and drive growth on a go-forward basis

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years experience (>2 years email marketing and related ecommerce business experience).
    • College degree required. E-commerce experience required
    • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Strong organizational skills; Needs to be a creative thinker and pro-active problem solver,
    • Thorough understanding of e-commerce metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be a brand advocate and team player.
    • Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500- $135,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results, as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
