    Summary

    The Creative Operations Manager position manages the full 360 campaigns which will include packaging, videos, social/digital and collateral projects for all launches and supports Marketing, Education. They will develop and maintain project schedules, oversee project development from inception to completion by being the liaison between the creative department and our cross functional partners.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that draw on the wisdom of nature while also leveraging cutting-edge scientific knowledge and technology. This individual should be deeply inspired by the beauty and complexity of the natural world.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Receive and review all incoming creative requests/briefs for all Launch projects to ensure they are complete. Work with the ED to assign projects, determine timelines and ensure copy, design and final due dates are met. Work closely with internal departments (marketing, education, social/digital teams) to obtain current information on projects and provide updates, secure approvals, and manage expectations.
    • Create, organize, and maintain the Creative project tracker and calendar. Update on a daily basis and help ED lead weekly status meeting with Creative and Cross-functional groups to identify hot projects and upcoming deliverables.
    • Break down complex projects into actionable steps that hold key stakeholders accountable. Anticipate and identify when additional resources are needed to meet goals and deadlines.
    • Have an understanding of production – pre- and post- production - working with photographers, stylists, re-touchers, production companies.
    • Alert Creative team to changes in marketing objectives, revised schedules, new product information, changes in support elements, etc.
    • Problem-solve obstacles to execution of work requests. Negotiate new time schedules as needed.
    • Be able to lead and take comprehensive notes and manage the cross functional teams.
    • Be proactive on projects and brief dates to constantly communicate changes to creative work or schedules.
    • Review layouts during routing process for comments and take appropriate action.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience
    • Can-do attitude and spirit (must be a self-starter and self-motivated)
    • Exemplary attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational skills, both personal and departmental
    • Excellent understanding of creative process video, digital and print
    • Excellent knowledge of Mac OSX
    • Database management experience,
    • Video, Web, and Print Production experience
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
