    Job Summary

    The Manager, Global Beauty acts as a global brand ambassador, promoting brand awareness internally and externally through marketing and education programs including but not limited to training videos, PR, social media, and product development. This position is responsible for supporting the Executive Director, Global Beauty in creating key methods to guide, elevate and advance overall artistry and products while staying true to the Too Faced brand identity. The Manager, Global Beauty acts as a key makeup artist and on camera talent for the brand. Travel is required nationally and internationally to support media events, masterclasses, and elevated retail moments.

    The Manager, Global Beauty must have very high artistry skills, on-camera expertise, and the ability to engage, inspire, motivate, and execute.

    This position will be based in the Too Faced Corporate Headquarters located in Irvine, CA.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work as makeup artist for programs as requested.
    • Social Media Live Shopping Host.
    • Featured in digital training and social content.
    • Create artistry social content for the brand’s owned channels.
    • Provide artistry POV in product development meetings.
    • Build artistry trend forecasting presentations.
    • Test new products to be launched and give feedback as requested.
    • Provide social team with insight into upcoming trends and makeup artists to follow.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Superior artistry skills, expert in color theory and makeup application on all skin tones.
    • Strong experience with social media, and video editing skills.
    • Excellent on-camera skills with an engaging personality.
    • Effective presentation skills, media training strongly preferred.
    • Team-player, collaborative and highly motivated to win as team.
    • Power Point skills strongly preferred.
    • 5 years in field of artistry and sales.
    • 2 years’ experience as a trainer.

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
