  • Responsibilities

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Responsible for the conceptualization, writing, and development of Beauty Advisor Education programs to align with brand strategy and to support global market needs.

    This position works closely with all Global brand cross-functional teams as well as the key Regional Education teams to create strategic programs across all product categories.

    Education Curriculum Development

    • Conceptualize, design and write classroom curriculum and fact sheets to support education strategies, marketing programs and brand initiatives
    • Responsible for the development of Seasonal Launch Programs, Brand Onboarding and ongoing Expert Level Programs
    • Collaborate closely with other team members to develop classroom AV and print support
    • Teach and present education programs to regional Education Teams. Assess and measure results
    • Concept, develop and execute programs across key brand categories, makeup, skincare, and fragrance
    • Responsible for collaborating with regional education partners in the development and execution of curriculum
    • Facilitate virtual and in-person classroom sessions
    • Conceptualize, write and develop supporting Beauty Advisor print tools and eLearning content as needed
    • Facilitate during TTT sessions, department meetings and regular conference calls with Regional Education Team

    Social Media & Video

    • Create virtual selling and consumer education content for TikTok & Instagram as an internal brand influencer.
    • Responsible for the development of scripts and acting as on-camera talent for internal Beauty Advisor Education videos.

    Qualifications

    • Esthetician License Preferred, or willingness to acquire license
    • Position requires 5 years related experience in Education curriculum design experience
    • Field/retail selling experience preferred
    • Facilitation and on-camera experience preferred
    • Strong social media presence is preferred
    • Excellent creative conceptualization, written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent organizational, project management skills
    • Must be agile and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be able to work in a highly collaborate team environment with strong interpersonal skills
    • Must be a strategic thinker and creative writer

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
    highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
