Working with the NYC-based International FP&A team, this position will manage the analysis of the high growth businesses, recurring special projects to support the business, as well as the international plan and estimate process. The position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with all international regions along with brands, corporate departments, and International Region management.

• Lead for analytics on high growth businesses, with a major focus on Chinese Consumer and Travel Retail combined markets.

• Analyze estimate and actual reporting on a monthly basis and form commentary to support management reporting.

• Manage assigned processes within the annual budget cycle to ensure compliance with deadlines and analyze plan data collected.

• Monitor the estimate process to ensure compliance with deadlines and completeness and accuracy of estimate data collection.

• Update presentations and data requests to support International Region senior management.

• Participate in corporate and regional strategic initiatives, including the standardization of processes and reporting.

• Assist regions in ad hoc financial management projects, often with the collaboration of corporate departments.

• Lead direct report in on-going coaching and development, and in the Performance and Development Plan process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance or accounting with exposure to international business.

• Experience with Consumer Products with exposure to business in Asia, especially China, a plus

• Commercial experience a plus

• College/University graduate in finance or accounting. CPA/MBA preferred.

• Excellent analytical skills required, with attention to details.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.  Power BI preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• OneStream or other major reporting application experience preferred.
