    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    The Manager, Paid Search will support the North America region and play an important role in accelerating our online business.  This individual will join a new team of hands-on growth marketers that will transform our retailer.com business and develop new, critical marketing capabilities for ELC.  He/she will be responsible for deploying and optimizing our paid search investment on key retailer sites such as Ulta, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and more.  He/she will oversee campaign management, measurement, and A/B testing to drive sales and improve media efficiency across our portfolio of brands.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage paid search investment across key retailers and brands

    • Deploy, optimize, and measure paid search campaigns (this is a “hands on keyboard” role!)

    • Oversee experimentation (A/B testing), attribution, ROI measurement and optimization for retailer sponsored products

    • Proactively identify new opportunities and build recommendations to maximize sales via new ad groups, ad copy testing, landing page optimizations, and keyword expansion, bid adjustments, etc.

    • Analyze campaign data and trends over time and report findings to brand “clients”

    • Present paid search results to internal stakeholders and provide insights on performance vs. KPIs and education on retailer algorithms

    • Manage budgets to ensure spend meets contractual requirements and performance objectives

    • Identify opportunities to reduce manual efforts and increase returns across the ELC portfolio

    • Constantly test new strategies to update and develop best practices

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years’ experience in analytical marketing roles

    • Hands on keyboard experience in performance marketing, specifically paid search, with ability to manage and optimize PPC campaigns

    • Experience with retailer sponsored products or paid search preferred (e.g., Criteo, CitrusAd, Pacvue, Amazon, Walmart, Macy’s, retailer media networks, etc.)

    • Ability to derive insights from data; fluent in slicing and dicing data to glean insights and summarize performance

    • Flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and curiosity to drive ongoing optimization

    • Proactive nature, with the ability to identify opportunities early and recommend new strategies

    • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work across multiple brands and retailers concurrently

    • Familiarity with presenting paid search information to cross-functional counterparts (e.g., brand marketing, Online marketing, key account management, etc.)
