The Corporate Sales (CCS) Planning Manager is an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial individual. This person will analytically and strategically support all store planning efforts with particular focus on management and execution of optimal deployment of inventory for all the Corporate Sales Free Standing Stores in North America. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) timely allocation of saleable and non-saleable products, new store assortment and obsolescence planning, field communications and contact, inventory analysis and order processing.
This role will be a highly collaborative; working across functional teams including (but not limited to) supply chain, marketing, retail and DC operations, demand planning, information technology. The goal of the role is to ensure optimal deployment of excess and returns inventory at stores to drive sales while reducing excess at DCs.
The role will report into the NA replenishment team based in NYC with tight collaboration with the Corporate Sales brand, field and downstream supply chain functions. The CCS Planning Manager will be responsible for identifying and proposing new ideas that drive the business or improve efficiencies. The planner will also need to ensure all documentation of processes remains updated for easy knowledge transfer to colleagues and other brands.

Allocation, Replenishment & Order Execution 40%
· Develop and assess allocation strategies and order execution required to achieve store operational sales targets for all sellable and non-sellable product
· Monitor all store inventory position in relation to sales trends, including key selling periods like Holiday
· Support exceptional planning to support target WOS
· Forecast and replenish key hero products in alignment with penetration targets
· Maintain assortment plans and routine replenishment for employee stores
· Develop and execute assortment and allocation strategies to support sales targets and visual merchandising requirements for Beautihaul sampling program
· Develop brand and category assortment plans for new store launch orders
· Partner with marketing to support promotional plans with timely order execution.
Communication 15%
· Provide leadership with visibility and status updates on all strategic initiatives
· Drive timely and effective communication
· Provide routine communication to leadership of sales results and inventory opportunities/risks
· Provide projections to other functional teams such as supply and demand planning
Operations 15%
· Work with the DCs to project workflow planning and timely execution of orders
· Coordinate movement of exceptional collections from FSS to CCS (for example MAC licensing product)
· Support annual physical inventory and monthly cycle counts
· Identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes to optimize results and partner with GIS to execute
Reporting & Analytics 10%
· Highlight opportunities for sales penetration and partner with supply chain for release of excess inventory
· Develop and maintain routine end of lifecycle management for store and DC inventory
Continuous Process & System Improvements 10%
· Drive internal system and process improvements to drive the business better
· Work with the business to ensure history is cleansed and the correct data are captured
Documentation 10%
· Responsible for updating training documents to ensure knowledge transfer
Overall, take part and initiate strategic projects to improve any of the areas above.
Qualifications
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500. Exact salary depends on several
factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on
geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance
and company results.
