    The Global Supply Chain Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) enables the supply chain teams in the regions and brands to deliver our supply chain goals around service, cost, inventory and speed to market.  We gather internal and external best practices in supply chain planning to provide effective, sustainable technical and process solutions, and lead adoption and continuous improvement.

    The Manager, Network Modeling Excellence is an individual contributor role.  As Manager, Network Modeling Excellence, this person will be responsible for designing and building network design models and developing a scenario run plan to help inform global supply chain strategy.  This person will coordinate the timely gathering of accurate information, build and optimize a supply chain model, and develop recommendations based on the output to support growth and minimize cost, and clearly communicate insights back to the project team. 

    -    Structure, Validate, Analyze, and Manage large amounts of data specific to supply chain analytical projects, problem solving, and decision support.

    •  Responsible for data sourcing, cleansing, analysis, and database development 
    • Responsible for documenting modeling approach, data sources and transformations, assumptions, and constraints 
    • Project manage modeling work within the larger project timeline
    • Support team through challenges with incomplete data
    • Measure impact to supply chain levers while modeling various supply chain scenarios  -    Identify and raise issues that impact project quality, scope, or timing -    Assist with developing presentations, data visualizations, and presenting recommendations to executive level audience. -    Develop strong relationships and partnerships within Supply Chain, Supply Chain Finance, IT, Category Teams, and Regions -    Engage with project teams outside the CoE to evaluate various scenarios and the cost and leadtime impact of proposed changes within the supply chain. -    Provide subject matter expertise, leadership, and direction to the Regions and Brand teams as it relates to the Network Design process. -    Understand and implement best practices in functional area of Network Planning

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Operations Management/Supply Chain Management/Distribution and Logistics), Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field 

    Minimum three (3) years of related experience in a Supply Planning, Operations Consulting or Data Science role

    APICS or CSCMP certification or MITx MicroMasters Supply Chain Credential is a plus but not required

    Technical Knowledge and Skills

    • SAP knowledge including ECC and APO/SNP is required 

    • Strong data analysis skills, experience handling large data sets, advanced database querying and building (SQL) mandatory 

    • Supply chain modeling skills a plus, especially in optimization software packages such as LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru

    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

    • Highly proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel, Access, Powerpoint)

    Other Skills

    • Dynamic thinking skills (ability to anticipate downstream impacts of decisions) 

    • Project Management Skills (ability to manage his/her own work and timeline within a large scale, multi-month project)

    • Supply Chain Functional Knowledge (Planning, Manufacturing, Fulfillment)

    • Relationship building and communication skills at all levels of the organization

    • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work on a cross-functional team. 

    • Proficiency in problem solving, prioritizing, communicating, and adapting to change
