    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Product Marketing Manager manages the product portfolio per channel, retail, and door type. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will perform assortment analysis and competitors' assortment analysis. You are responsible for relaying specific local needs related to products (e.g. locally relevant categories or benefits) and coordinating with the Global and Regional team on local adaptations.

    AS A PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER , YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build local product offering (e.g. product sets) and differentiation program in coordination with Trade Marketing and Online.
    • Forecast for New Product Launches and evaluation of cannibalization towards existing product portfolio.
    • Work closely with Supply Chain to monitor stocks and sell-through data.
    • Understand competitive landscape and trends in markets and competition, customers, and category developments.
    • Monitor product-related visual assets and master data (e.g. local product codes).
    • Set consumer and retailer prices according to regional and global policies, while tracking competitors' prices.
    • Contribute to Retailer discussions preparation on product-related topics (launches, assortment range, prices, exclusivities).
    • Define and update signals and sales drivers, consulting other teams if needed, in order to represent all channels.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Analytical mindset, Excel, and SAP have no secrets for you.
    • Excellent written and spoken communications in Dutch, English, and French (working on a Benelux scope with daily conversations in all three languages).
    • Proven experience in one of the following domains Supply Marketing, Merchandising Management, Category Management, Purchasing, Assortment Management … in a consumer-driven environment.
    • Result-oriented, passion for product, hands-on approach, pragmatic & flexible, driven challenge seeker.
    • Autonomous team player, exceptional communication & presentation skills.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and agility.
    • Build a strong relationship with key stakeholders across all levels.
    • Optimistic and can-do attitude.
